Problems encountered renewing account

Ive been a member for 3 years now, and my first 3 years just ran up, rendering all my trainers dead. Ofcourse i immedietly upgraded to lifetime unlimited. But for some reason i still havent recieved upgrade after an hour, im still marked as status=free.
Its stressing me out as ive recieved sms that my card has been charged, i have receipt in inbox, but my account is still marked free.
Please look at it asap since i rely on ch alot, especially for my steam games.

If I remember rightly, account status/type has to be changed manually by one of the founders. This can be a quick process, but can take up to a few days (especially since it's Sunday), especially during particularly busy periods. Just be patient and leave a new message if it's not done by Tuesday or Wednesday.

thanks for reply, i didnt know that, i thought it went straight through last time i ordered. Hopefully it will be soon but i'll just wait then. I was just worried that something went amiss

Ive already been upgraded, so infact it didnt take long at all. I apologize for being concerned, i respect that the payments are manually filtered so unwanted guests wont gain full access.
I greatly appreciate answers from fellow members, I pm'd staff though and hope they werent bothered.
