Can you recall the names of any characters? Or maybe a roundabout year it was made?

If I had any name it would've been way easier to find but no I can't Can't tell the exact year but it might be between 90 and 95. I'm afraid it was older and I just watched it that time but oh well that's what I guess.

Eh, I figured maybe even just a first name might help narrow it down. Ah well.

I found this though, but I dunno how much help it'll be: Link. It has a huge list of animated movies. That first page starts at 1937-1980, but there's links at the bottom for 1981-1991, 1992-2000, 2001-2004 and 2005-2010.

I did a quick search for "race" under 1992-2000 but didn't get anything. Maybe you'll find something.

Nothing useful, I think I should give up.
