I seem to have a bug with this quest where when I go to talk to agarth he doesn't give me the quest

Hunters Hunted Quest bug

I seem to have a bug with this quest where when I go to talk to agarth he doesn't give me the quest convo option and the quest wont advance. Any way to fix this or am I just going to have to start over?
