Mass Effect 3 Discussion
There is a good chance Bioware will include an interactive story line at the start of new games not from a save game. So people can make some decisions (but NOT all) that way they will still have to play the previous titles if they want all the goodies (or the cheap asses who will use the save game editor instead :P).
I've always been somewhat confused about releasing a demo after the full game has gone Gold, or even weeks after the release date.
Surely a demo would make more sense released early, so that a dev can get feedback on what was good and bad about it, and then implement some changes in the final product if necessary/desired. Maybe that's just me.
@the1396: Don't worry, I'm sure there'll be a save game editor at some point (the one for ME2 was out relatively quickly). So you can just save your game at the earliest opportunity and edit the default decisions to what you want.
Either that or BW will release a DLC like Genesis for ME2, which was basically a 15 minute comic allowing you to pick the major decisions carried over from ME1. Though you'd have thought that kind of thing would be something included in the game by default...
