Some of the old games not work over the win7!! this games work over the win xp very good. i don't like comeback to the xp,for example: farcry 1 work in the win7 very bad!! project IGI bad work in win7, whats your suggestion for solving problem?! thanks

If compatibility options have not worked you, I am not sure how to help. My question is how do I get Alpha Centauri to work in Win7? Anyone, anyone, Bueller, Bueller....

Try a virtual OS. Maybe that'll worksies? A bit of a hassle, but if you're dying to play an old game (I know the feeling) and you don't feel like making a dual-boot then it may be worth a shot!

Any specific errors that pop up?

And for SMAC, isn't that a DX issue? Backwards compability stopped at DX9 level if im right..
