its probably just anti Bethesda propaganda. some people blame their own ignorance on the developers. yes SOME dev's break more then what they repair *cough* EA Games *cough*
It's not anti Bethesda propaganda. The 1.2 patch really introduces alot more bugs than it fixes. The dragons really do fly backward, damage/magic resistance is nullify, "A" button on my controller don't work anymore, and some creatures die standing up like wolves. These are the problems I'm facing with and the worst part is I have no option of rolling back to 1.1 patch. Reinstalling the game also won't do me any good, since it will always auto update even though I set it not to. It's a sad day today .
If you own Skyrim, DO NOT PATCH TO 1.2. Seriously. DON'T. FREAKING. DO. IT.
1.2 ends up breaking the game even worse. If you own the Xbox 360 or PS3 version, DO NOT UPDATE. If you have, I'd google ways to uninstall the patch (storage maintenance on 360, game data on PS3). If you're on steam, go to Skyrim's properties and on the Update tab, set it to NOT auto update.
Why do I say this? Well...Confirmed bugs in 1.2 include:
-Resistances/Weaknesses do not apply at all, be they magic, racial, etc. This means Nords will take full Frost damage, Dunmer will take full Fire damage, etc.
-Dragons flying backwards, supposedly impossible to kill now.
Yeeeeeeeah. Remember when patches fixed games? Seriously, does Bethesda not have a QA team CHECKING this crap?
I got told this but I have not seen these issues as of yet. So I kinda am not sure if anyone well have the issues stated.
If you don't see any of these problems you don't know how to look for a bug. Like, I get it Serv, you like Bethesda.
But... just cast a fire spell at your Flame Atronach. They should be HIGHLY resistant to the point of near invulnerability. Instead they die. That shouldn't happen.
