Steam version from humble bundle, windows 8, 64-bit.
Possible its the 64-bit causing issue? Im 32-bit.

May be it not 64bit fault.
PS. I didn't use this trainer cause DLC in game make this game more easier.

I think I found what will fix a CH crash with all games.
Goto your users\name?\appdata\local\temp directory.
delete all temp data that you can. (including the CH.dll's) Empty your rec bin.
check and change the security of the temp folder, make sure everyone is set to full control.
try again.. this has worked for me with both SR3 and Xcom. Something in Win 7 64 bit keeps resetting the temp directory permissions, and the CH trainer can't write to that directory so the game just crashes. Even if the trainer is run as administrator, it still won't write to the directory if permissions arn't set to everyone, full control.
it looks like a never ending battle to fix it, but it is at least a band aid for those who are having crashes after activating.
