if i just use the setskill, will i then be able to just select the perk when i level up?

heres a console commmand i use to use on obliv long time ago for id codes

type help {name} 4

so for example help ingot 4 will give you list scroll through using page up or down

example help dragon 4 will give list of dragon id's

No...leveling up gives no perk. You cant do it like oblivion

800e4 = Leather strips
3ada3 = Dragon Bone
3ada4 = Dragon Scale

what i mean is that i use the cheat to set say marksman to 30. then when i level up legit i'll be able to pick a perk that requires 30.

thats what i[m trying to do.

if thats not possible. then i'd add the perks manually.
