I think they said that Skyrim's Creation Engine is based on Gamebyro (Oblivion, fallout etc) so the previous commands should still work, its the new things like spells/shouts and new items that have new ID's.

Also, the console is enabled by default, no need to mod the ini file

Well, Coc seems to still work but i cant find any valid places to go, Been trying to get into testing hall. But it seems the same, Guess they just changed the name this time around

Is it permanent? I remember reading that carry weight isnt and its the same command

also, coc works for some places like riverwood.
