List all the console commands you got working in this format here (Cheat command) whats it do

Is there any way to increase your skills by a value and have it increase your level other than player.incpcs whatever. In oblivion you used to able to use modpcs but that doesent to work on this engine.

ok since all old commands work what is the test hall is it coc testinghall or like morrowind is toddstest the superior room?

yups. i just copied/pasted to my Wordpad+2

It seems the various console commands to increase skill level all do not work for "Speech" and "Archery".

Anyone know what are the correct phrase to input in the console for "speech" and "archery" to increase their level?
