You need to post detailed steps you have done to follow each step in that guide as well as the detailed results of the outcome at each step (including differences in failure points).
No information given then no help can be given. Trainer failure can be caused from security software conflict to outright hardware failure.

there is no details it just crashes. Im using steam version of NFS Undercover. really wish there was a steam version of this trainer
