Healthy? What is this thing you call healthy?
I don't usually eat/drink while playing. It can get messy, greasy fingers, crumbs everywhere, spillage, that sort of thing, and I usually just sort of forget that the food is there while playing. If I do eat and play it's usually a packet of chips or chocolate pods, so I can easily dip my hand in, grab a couple and eat quickly without disrupting gameplay. And I usually drink water, or sparkling apple juice.
