keeps crashing my game

I'm running Steam and the trainer in Admin mode on Windows 7. I activate the trainer on Main menu (I tried New Game and Continue) and the game crash during the loading screen.
I tried to activate the Trainer when the mission is starting and I got the same crash.
I'm running on Windows 7 SP 1... Any idea ?

NB: I tried in Dx10 and Dx11 modes

The game was updated a while ago so that is likely it, I don't have much other info as I haven't played the game much as it only unlocked yesterday here but it did update from the preload files shortly before.

Could also be region specific but I don't think the US and EU versions differ aside from maybe potential censors like the German version if it's been affected at all.

EDIT: Unsure what the patch actually did as the game exe still says 1.0.0.0na (Funny about that last two letters but that's what it says.) and 1.1 in-game but several core files were patched so it could be anything from minor fixes to a toned down version of their DRM as with say From Dust which had such a patch yesterday with some misc fixes added in.

(Multiupload, mostly the exe but also the updated .dll files as I assume that game file is needed for the trainer since the exe is so small, should there be a need to re-check though the previous exe was around 300 KB and this one is ~500 KB, didn't manage to compare the dll files before they got updated.)

So im not the only person that this trainer crashes the game then, im 100% sure that these gents will sort it when thay have time....
