I was wondering if it is possible to mod the upgrade you get for assault rifles. I know how to do each gun on its own, but thought modding the upgrade would cover all assault rifles.

You have to edit the coalesced.ini file.
This page helped me out a lot. Search for the word accuracy, and what you need will show up on the 2nd or third result. Good luck
