do you need locations 4 evrthing then visit http://hem.bredband.net/708145/ it has locations for everything for gta san andreas

the blue hell is in the gym near cjs house in the gym,you equip your jetpack and fly up in 1 of the open ceilings keep flying and you will reach the blue hell
