Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

If you put the game in compatibility mode for Win XP SP3 you wont see many if any crashes at all. (at least for me).

XP3 works for awhile, now I have an issue anytime I click save it immediately crashes.
Grabbing the patch now to see if it fixes the issues.

If anyone has issues when clicking save or load the game crashes. When you load up the game, click continue, then alt-tab out, delete all your save games (feel free to back them up if you want) then go back into the game and save/load should be fixed.

With the latest 1.0.2 patch, game is now less buggy on my Win7 x64. Still lag occasionally especially on the high way. At least the game is much playable with this new patch.
