Empire: Total War Message Board  

Ok I know you gotta use the editor to change the tech level and all that how do you change were you can get the same recruits as your big cities do? I have that problem on napoleon too, I wanta be able to recruit the same every city.

Also anybody having problem with empire transfer army on a boat seems like if you get a army on a boat the game moves real freaken slow just lately i use to not have that trouble.
