Game crashes everytime I try to use it, so I'd say it doesn't.

i have a problem i cant deaktivate super health. i end the game and steam. start the game new. no trainer run but the super health is running. when i fall down can i walk and shoot in a blackbox and i must restart the game to play this round again. console is not working. the console button hsve no function.

i had updates turned off but the damn game still updated today so now the trainer doesnt work for me now . it used to
