Staff of Parlathion or whatever.

Go to the bioware site and sign up for the newsletter, sign up for the newsletter for the penny arcade section of that same site and you get a belt that adds armor, fire and ice resistance and hp.

its a trailer for a reason, to make the game look good, and it was made by the developers of the game meaning they can swapout whatever they want for the trailers
