I have been having a problem trying to figure out Talent/skills, and perminatily adding attribute points.. Anyone know how to perminatily raise attribute points? I don't want to level up either.. The talent listing isn't up yet is it? the list of numbers to get talents if there is no skill point console command? I don't want to pay 50 dollars to subscribe just for a single trainer

You can always try using the trainer. It's attribute option is definitely permanent. The cheat code for attributes goes away quickly.

Someone should add that the runscript zz_app_debug does not work for the DLC character Sebastian Vael, since he's a DLC it looks like.

Is anyone having the problem with addtalent for the classes? it doesn't seem to be working but I am adding this after the one year part of the game? is that why?

I did find a trainer that got my ability points and attribute points to work but can't get classes added for some reason..

Edit Your save file C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\Characters\Garrett\Garret.xml. We all can add our talents/abilities from current game. Here are mine for the Rogue:

Here's a list of talents I dumped from the 2da file. Not sure if it's 100% complete, but I think most talents are there...
