    Can anyone suggest a good Anti virus program that wont peg every CH trainer as a virus. Thanks in advance.

    i use comodo. its free and easy to use without hogging alot of resources and you can make it leave the trainers alone (unlike other antivirus programs)you can get it here... Link
    Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

    Or you can set a folder to be excluded at all times and extract all the trainers to there.
    Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

    Microsoft Security Essentials
    AVG 2011(using it on one system has exclusions option)
    Avast(using it on another system and this too has exclusions option)

    these r some suggestions from me. free and easy to use.
