That depends. Apple II would be somewhere around Gen 2, whereas modern PCs would be Gen 7+

Our family had a SNES which I can recall playing a few games on, but the N64 was the first console which really got me interested in gaming. Donkey Kong Country 2, Secret of Mana and Super Mario World are the only SNES games I remember us owning. I also had a Sonic & Knuckles PC port, but I can't remember when I got that >_>
So I'll go with 5th.

I first gamed on a TI-99. Which is dated in the 2nd Generation, but is way better.

I was thinking back to the very first 3rd generation platforms I ever owned,The NES! and how amazing it seemed at the time. still, I've been played it with my modern PC.
