Tried to re-install my game only to relize that it's no longer readable due to the endless hours of playing. Is there a way to acquire/download disc 1?

I think we have the same problem as one of my file packs is read as corrupt and the whole installation ends as I have tried this 4 Times and the same happened to Grand Theft Auto IV for PC as I played it a lot so it probably is the same error but I had no success when even cleaning the disc and then since that didn't work I took it to the local DvD Store just in town and tried their special Disc Cleaning Tool and it still won't work so I haven't got a way for fixing it but there may just be the occasional torrent containing Disc 1s Files!
Good Luck with fixing the Disc and if you fix it please tell me how I can fix my Discs!

No, there is no legal way to recieve a copy of the first disc for free. All you can do is ask a friend for his copy of the game or just buy the game again.
Other sources are illegal (WAREZ) so a kind not to all the users out there to refrain from posting about sources or be penalized under the TOS.
