Hello All,

I recently started using cosmos and after much viewing of tutorials and trial and error made a cheat table for ultimate general civil war. I saved the table shutdown came back a few hours later loaded that table but they don't work just tells me activated but nothing.

Did I do something wrong? Or do you have to re find all of the items you had saved. If that is case then what is the point of saving tables.

Let me know if I understood you, so you searched for values in the game. Then s aved the table closed the game. Later you started the game again and opened the table but the values are wrong?

//edit: Or are you talking about scripts not working inside of the table?

When i searched for the values i was able to change them with no problem. I labeled them assigned hotkeys, saved the list/table, closed and reloaded the table after a few hours but when i pressed the hotkeys nothing happened except the activated sound. Checked values and all were 0 so i edited values on table but still nothing.

This is my first time using cosmos so it is very likely i did something wrong. I am going to attach the list i made maybe you can tell me what i did wrong.

No you did everything right. The issue you have is because the addresses you found are not static. A static address will be highlighted with green forecolor in scan results.

You have to think about the game memory like a computer desk. There are some items that are ALWAYS on the same place like your keyboard. Your monitor etc. THese are static. But if necessary you are using the rest of the free space on your desk with writing a notice, placing some food or water on it. But these things you do only on purpose and you will remove them if you dont need them anymore, so these items are dynamic

The addresses in your table are from the game dynamically assigned. So if can happen if you enter a new level or restart the game, you would have to search for the values again. There are two common ways to solve this if you dont want to scan again. You can write a script using the debugger which requires some basic assembly knowledge or you perform a pointer scan on the address in your table. We have a tutorial for that.
