Temporarily Disable Protection or Add to Exceptions
Set up two exclusions for each trainer. I keep all my trainers in their own little folder, but unfortunately whitelisting that folder alone doesn't seem to help. In the Antivirus module, you need to set an exclusion in the "List of files and folders excluded from scanning" and "List of processes excluded from scanning" sections. On rare occasions, this still isn't quite enough and it'll take a system restart before it will leave the file alone, but for the most part just setting those two exclusions is enough for the vast majority of trainers.
