You begin the mission standing next to your car, with a sniper suitcase in hand. Drop it; you won’t need it. Quickly run forward, all the way down the street until it curves to the right, then follow it that way. Run down the street, and soon you will see the Red Dragon negotiator come from the left side of the screen. Turn around, to the left, and hide in this small alcove with a sewer and a dumpster. Stay here until the negotiator enters your field of view. You can choose whatever way you want to kill him; strangle him with the fiber wire, or shoot him with a silenced gun, just make sure no civilians see you do it. Once he’s dead, change into his clothes, pick up his amulet, and drag his body into the sewer. Return to the street, turn right, then turn left. You’ll see the restaurant on the left side of the street, with all the hanging orange lights. Enter the small opening in the fence to your left.

You’re in the yard of the restaurant. Walk to the yellow van, and you will see two policemen staring at a back door. You need to run behind the cops to get their attention, so that they will stare at you. When they’re looking the other way, circle around the front of the restaurant, and come back to the yard through the hole in the fence again. This time, with them looking the other way, climb the ladder near the door, , to the upper catwalk, and climb through the window into the bathroom. Drop your silenced Silverballer in here. Climb back through the window, take the ladder down to the ground, and run to the front of the restaurant. A policeman will frisk you and remove your other weapons. Go inside the restaurant.

Once inside, talk to the bartender. If he’s not behind the bar, he’ll go behind it, and he’ll give you the washroom key. Run up the spiral staircase.

On the top floor, head to the right, and you will see the Blue Lotus member and the Police Chief sitting at a table. Approach them, and you’ll begin talking. Agent 47 will excuse himself to go to the washroom. Turn around, head to the right, and go to the washroom door. Inside, pick up your gun, and holster it. Return to the two targets. Sneak behind them like this, , then pull out your gun. You’ll have to be quick, and you can only shoot each target once, so aim for their heads. More than one shot and your SA rank is gone. When they’re dead, walk to the table they were sitting at, and place the amulet there.

Walk downstairs, and leave the restaurant. Back outside, take the road that leads up and to the right (not the direct right), , and when it splits, go right, toward your car. When you’re next to the car, the mission ends.

Congratulations, you’ve just beat the tenth mission. With your Silent Assassin rating, you have unlocked the GK 17 Dual.
