I ride my bike whenever I can. And by that I mean as long as it's not raining and it's not 30 degrees outside.
I used to go to the school gym to work out everyday with a friend when we lived on campus. Hopefully I'll get back to that when I go back to school in September.
I do 100 sit-ups in the morning and 100 sit-ups at night. I'm going to bring that number back up to about 200 each time, I've been slacking off. Once in a while i run.
