    If you pick nope, other, or team sports, post what and/or why.

    Also, tell us about how much you do per workout.

    For me, it's running. About 2-6 miles total for 5 days out of the week (I've got school all Monday and Wednesday). Somewhere in between the run, I take a break and do some weight lifting things.

    I usually stop at my old elementary school. There, I do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, a minute long plank (Link), and 20 sit-ups. I do those crazy upside-down sit-ups hanging from the monkey bars.

    I'm extremely skinny. Hence the workout. Trying to build a little mass.

    Just vote for the one you do most, or most often. And please do tell us the extent of your workouts.

    For me its running about 4 miles in morning everyday.After getting back to home 15 pull-ups,50 push-ups,and 75 sit-ups.That's all.

    I voted other. Mostly cardio.

    I shovel animal feces in the morning and do WiiFit in the afternoon and I'm gonna start the Insanity workout as soon as my uncle finishes his 60 days and see if my bad hip can survive it.

    Through out the year I go to soccer practice after school (it's in school) for 2 hours at mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays. In summer I do push ups and sometimes weight lifting.

    Also since I'm still in school, add up physical ed.

    I voted weight lifting, but I actually do multiple forms of exercise. I go running every morning, then every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I go to the Gym and do cardio/weights/resistance and sometimes some boxing before I leave the gym. My only form of transport I currently have is a push bike or on foot so I guess you could consider that exercise as well. I've had I a lot more spare time since I got sacked from my last job.

    I play on a local rec. baseball team in the summer and work out daily at the gym in the Spring, Fall and Winter. (basically whenever I'm at college)

    I don't have a fixed schedule of what I do when I work out, but most times it just ends up with me going to the gym, playing basketball for two hours, then running some laps and using the rowing machine...

    I used to go to the gym about 4 days a week. Now its more like once a week...if that.

    But when I do its usually just a start with a mile jog on the treadmill (sometimes I skip that) then I hit the weights. Usually upper-body with focus on biceps, triceps and lats.

    When I finally move to college I'm going to try to get myself to the gym there a lot more throughout the week and get myself back on a schedule...

    Sometimes when I'm in the mood and have nothing to do, I go to the local gym. But other than that, I pretty much run/walk up and down my driveway as part of my daily exercise routine. I also play tennis competitions and tournaments every now and then and train for at least 3-4 times a week. Oh and I play badminton once a week....just for fun though.
