For me, it's running. About 2-6 miles total for 5 days out of the week (I've got school all Monday and Wednesday). Somewhere in between the run, I take a break and do some weight lifting things.
I usually stop at my old elementary school. There, I do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, a minute long plank (
Link), and 20 sit-ups. I do those crazy upside-down sit-ups hanging from the monkey bars.
I'm extremely skinny. Hence the workout. Trying to build a little mass.
