Sine the organization that was running this (the CCAA) has basically collapsed, I guess I'll set up some guidelines for parenthood. (don't worry, they're basically the same as last time)
If you want to be a parent, you must:
-Have an in depth knowledge of the TOS -Be a responsible forum member -Have experience with the website's features and how to use them -Have basic HTML knowledge -Have an active account for the last 6 months.
