The children are generally people newer to the site who don't know their way around, where to ask, how to behave, etc. You know how to do all of those things :P
In this update and change of leadership of the program we decided to make it something that would in deed fully fulfill what the past leaders set out to do. In a way it is serious while still doing the fun parenting and making friends aspect of the former programs.

As stated in the first post in red text, if two people still want to be parent/child from the previous arrangement, they cannot be forced to be disbanded. Continuing to pester them about it will be counted as harassment and you will be banned no questions asked.
