There are lots of interesting things inside those files, including in-built debug cheats, yet i guess there is no way to turn debug mode itself in release build. Theres even universe editor mentioned, but the game just wont start if you try to run in with specified command line. Apart from few funny programmers comments theres nothing really useful.
did you found this one: # check for local startup cheats to run sinclude "LocalStartup.txt" (SP-_CHT-024A0E52-00000000-96D01090.txt) The questions *where* does this file need to be...maybe this with combination of some prop cheats could make thinks easier.. sadly the prop cheat only seems to work with boolean values. but maybe there is something similar for int/float and so on.
Only the ones that have the beginning SP-_CHT are readable. The rest seem to be binary and encoded. The xml files do not seem to relate, could be core game content that shouldn't be changed anyhow.
Ive killed off my other saves and started a new one, but so far even with the higher numbers things still seem to occur on the reg basis. Ill push up the numbers even higher, and see ..its just a toy after all
