I would guess 0. Its hard to tell, obviously programmers didn't want anyone to meddle with those files, so i guess it safer to wait for such trainer option or patch that will fix annoying disasters and raids happening every 10 minutes.
No the higher the value the less attacks it says in the file he posted but i just want to know what is the highest i can set it for it to turn completely off.
i cant tell if this is working or not, now i havnt killed my save games yet, maybe thats the problem?
I did manage to find the text file, its loaded with floats and init's that im a little afraid of tweaking yet.
Im going to experiment a bit with the colony health and turret hp's. If i cant get the events to slow down or stop maybe i can increase the chance of my colonys surviving an attack.

Edit: So far i have no results to report. I cant tell if its working or not. Ive added 00 to each of the last number groups but that does not seem to change the frequency much. Ill keep trying stuff.
