I have this error guys, what am I doing wrong ?

You not doing anything wrong, the patch broke it, not uncommon unfortunately especially with games that just came out, we will have to wait for Cheathappens to patch the trainer before its useable.

Let me correct my original statement a little bit. Hope you dont mind me using your words here Pwizard.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

All items and weapons?

Everyone. If you having issues, which the 11 reports tells me a lot have, use the file update request.
Posting debug and same here and such on the board won't get trainer updated faster, it will just create a wall of non needed posts.
