Can we use the updated trainer with old version . Ie without patched game

Not sure I fully understand your question, but if you mean can you use the new trainer with the extra files that came with the last trainer, I believe the answer is yes. I don't think a new version of the EAC bypass was necessary.

You should replace the file if trainer updates, as chances are it also has been updated.
