Can we use the updated trainer with old version . Ie without patched game
Not sure I fully understand your question, but if you mean can you use the new trainer with the extra files that came with the last trainer, I believe the answer is yes. I don't think a new version of the EAC bypass was necessary.
Let me be clear this time.
I have not updated the game. As performance patch seems breaking the game fps badly.
Can i use updated trainer with old game version released on launch
Any information if the trainer disables Steam achievements?
Just checked and unfortunately it does, no Steam achievments popped when using the trainer, I got it retrospectively by using the orignal .exe and just launching the game through Steam.

I doubt it. Why don't you just use the previous trainer?
Something curious happened to me, perhaps it will be useful on the topic of achievements: I had the game on a PC that modified the .exe to be able to use the trainer, I reinstalled the game on another PC, starting it without modifying the .exe (just to see if the files) and the achievements of what I had progressed playing with the trainer on the other PC appeared. In summary, play with the .exe mod normally, if you want the achievements, reinstall the original .exe, open the game, load the achievements and then you can return to the modified .exe to continue playing. In my case, for these games I always make a backup folder and there I save the original .exe
The game needs EAC running to pop achievements. I just tested it on my PC by restoring the original .exe and running the game again, all my achievements popped on Steam.

Just remember the use of any savegame that you cheated on, even with trainer disabled or not running when online, still counts as multiplayer when it's used online and is not only against our rules, but also game devs.
Use of our trainers to cheat online can result in your account being banned from both Cheat Happens and Game. If you want to play online do not do so on a savegame that has been cheated on.

Neither of these posts were talking about modding for use in multiplayer, which is already switched off in my settings.
The original comment was talking about normal game achievements not popping up when using the trainer w/ modified .exe to avoid Easy Anti-Cheat to use the trainer in the first place.
Multiplayer was never mentioned.
