Thanks for the update. It is a game made by a single guy, in his spare time, he has a full time job as well. It's a passion project not a game company abusing people. He never promised it would ever get finished right from the start and had no idea what directio it would go as he worked on it.
I can appreciate not wanting to fix trainers for a pre-release, thanks for doing it though! This was the first time I've came back to try the game in years to see what's changed and I figured a trainer would cut down a lot of grinding to see the new content. (You can still edit the XML files manually after saving to increase inventory items so there isn't any real need to put time into patching this while it's still in Early Access).
Agreed on the updates, from a player perspective I'd rather see games like this that give new content for years than those that never update. I'm sure it's frustrating from a maintenance perspective on CH but it's hardly a dev abusing his customers.

how do you edit the xml files? do i need a special program?
