Darn, windows store version isn't supported? What a shame. Well I'll remain hopeful that an update comes eventually but I may as well just enjoy the game as it was meant to be played for now.

When I try to run the trainer, it deletes the .exe file and does nothing. Haven't seen anyone report that problem.

When I run as administrator, it doesn't delete the file, but it still does nothing.

Running Windows 7.

Could this be AV related? This is on my work laptop and I am unable to disable AV.

Figured it out on my own. Yes, it was AV, quarantining the file. While I wasn't able to disable AV I was able to make an exception for that file.

Having said that, the save game editor method worked great. The trainer part didn't. I think because the game doesn't show the actual value of the money you have. For example I had 384.2K, and I entered 384200, but looking at the save game what I actually had was 384206.

So not sure how to do it without first saving and going that route.

Anyway, save game editor is fine for me, thanks for a great trainer.

It doesn't matter if you have 384206 or 384200 cash. Just enter what you have entered as it's fine and then change your money ingame to something like 344800 and then rescan.

Have you tried using this trainer with the Steam version?

I tried it with no success.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\58881055\239820\remote
and I get an error that says "Ouh, bad. Couldn't find your gold value, you might send me your save game a90x90@chathappens.com"

(The first word is spelled Ouh, so not a typo on my part)

Also tried to open up the save file in notepad and edit that way but does not seem to change anything, reloading game after, during the game, no change. Ran the trainer while game is running just like instructions say and error comes up. Tried trainer before game came up and get a windows net framework error.

The 'trainer' part of the trainer works flawless with the steam version. The savegame editor part doesn't which I'm going to fix.
