How about the Windows 8 App Version, can't seem to find a saved games folder?
I bought the game in Windows Store

When I run the trainer, I get the click to start, but then a box pops up asking what I want to open .tmp files with?
This is Win8, the installed version, 1.3.5..

right click run as admin on trainer. next time, please read the README file that comes with the trainer.

I cannot find the local storage, I do not have one

Are you using the Windows 8 Appstore version of the game? It seems like it isn't supported by the trainer.
