Your account is correctly marked as LIFETIME. Please tell me what leads you to believe that it's not.
That is strange.
When I tried to download a trainer marked lifetime earlier, I was informed I needed to upgrade my account. It works now though.

This should now be corrected. Site must have gotten confused since you canceled your monthly plus and then renewed to a yearly plus on the same date. Sorry for the delay, our support person has been out sick.

Btw, I changed because monthly was best option at the time and now I can commit with annual support.
