Based on how many games you own on your console, do you think on some of them you may have wasted your money?
On my Playstation 2 I own over 100 hundred games and most of them I think of today were a waste of money. But my 360 games were not wastes of money.
If I could get back all the money from those Ps2 games...I'd be rich. Probably.
i think u're probably going to say the same thing a few years from now about ur 360 game collection. its human nature. once something looses its relevance the opinion about it undergoes some change too. not saying it will happen..but there's certainly a likelihood.

Well if pc counts than yes, i do have a whole buch i wasted my money on, x-box yes defenitly.there was a brake in at our house and the x-box got stollen and not the games though. weird
I do think this sometimes when I buy games, I also often look at my stack of games and consoles and think how more wisely all they money could have been spent.

Yes i feel that way about my ps1 collection and most of pc games. Just because i could get all this game free from torrents maybe not at that time 10 years ago but still.
I have like six PS3 games, and yes, I wasted money on them.

Considering that, while I buy few games, I play them excessively, I'd say no.
I would never call a game a waste of money. I only buy games that I know I'll enjoy, and I get as much out of them as I can. I've had games that I played to the point that the disks were scratched up from so much use (PS2 disk tray flaw).
Also, I think the notion that owning a PlayStation game that today could be emulated makes it a waste of money is absolute bull****. You wouldn't even bother torrenting said game if you'd never owned it on the PlayStation, and the ability to get a game for free illegally does not make purchasing the game a waste of money. I'd much rather fund the developers than effectively steal.
