Its hard for the CHU staff to make a trainer for every single game, so most of the small titles don't get trainers.

I've never heard of it before.
Maybe a trainer is in progress, you'd really have to ask Pwizard or Caliber about it, or post here: Link

it probably has something to do with this game being 4 years old...I would not expect them to make a trainer for this game at all, no matter how "big" the game.

Well yes, they don't make trainers for games more than 12 months old.
