I've just downloaded and tried this, and it's not working for me. I get an error because the program can't find a file ~mnn133.tmp.

Can anyone confirm this works on Windows 7 32bit?

cal has made some readjustments should work now for every one.

I personally just use this editor for the money, since the money you can get in this game is pretty pathetically low.

I think the money making should be doubled or even tripled in a patch or something.

I must have gone through 2 hubs without being able to afford anything besides intel for missions, seeing weapons with all positive bonuses was torturing me, so i saved the game, found this editor and gave myself 1.5bil

Obisidian made a good game, but didn't give it a good money making plan.

Actually, all the weapons you ever need are the three-star Samaels. The others don't have varied enough stats to make them worth even looking at.
