you can make your needs "static" so you wont need to drag and drag your needs to full just shift click the mailbox you can see there "make motives static" or dynamic dynamic makes yo ur needs go down
I think its [ctrl][shift][C] instead of [ctrl][alt][c]

NOTE: make sure you pressing them all down at the same time and that no other application is running on top of it to take over key presses like steam would.
