Try Dialga for one of your dragons as its steel typing will negate its Dragon and Ice weaknesses.
Dragonite is outclassed by Rayquaza so change Dragonite for something else (I suggest a Steel Pokemon like Registeel).

Only take out Latias and/ or Latios if you don't have a Soul Dew for them.

Bes, I think Giratina will be the best option for your team due to its high defences and resistances to Water, Electric and Grass.
Also be aware that Infernape's fire attacks will have reduced power and it's water weakness will be come more severe in rain.

Dragon type Pokemon will resist both Grass and Electric and most can learn.

Dragonite, Salamence and Rayquaza will all take 1/4 damage from grass attacks and neutral damage from electric.
Dragonite will get a boost to its Waterfall attack and Salamence will get a boost for Hydro Pump because of Rain. Rayquaza can use Fire Blast without it being effected by the rain because of Air Lock.

Dialga will also take 1/4 damage t from grass and 1/2 damage from electric however it only has Ice Beam as a SE option against Grass.

The Lati@s twins will both resit grass and electric and can learn Surf to use in the rain.

I'll also point out the combo of Dragon and Water is resisted by two Pokemon (Empoleon and Shedinja).

Do you have a Soul Dew or two?
