Well, two of your water pokemon take normal damage from grass so you might want to get one that takes normal or no damage from electric. Maybe a water/dragon or water/ground pokemon.

Gyarados: Adamant. Kyogre: Modest/ Timid (if you want an offensive one). Empoleon: Modest (if you want it to be offensive, otherwise calm). Kingdra is one of the best Pokemon in the rain, Link. Infernape: This depends on your move set and what you want to out speed. Hippowdon: Impish.
IMO Hippowdon shouldn't be used as it has has a grass weakness and will replace Kyogre's rain with a sandstorm.
