Not to worry, it shouldn’t be effected at all by 2.301, and if anything when the –dev debacle is fixed with 2.301 Ewiger Krieg will be all the better for it.
This type of mod isn’t really version dependent, so I’m not foreseeing any problem with it given that 2.202 and prior also have no issue with it.
I decided since today is the official public release of Ewiger Krieg to make a VERY minor update to it to directly remedy both of the minor "deployment while moving" problems
Sorry to make it seem like I wasn't going to fix such a thing, but I didn't want to make anyone think I was just going to undercut Cheat Happens either (I'm very appreciative of their hosting my mod in the first place).
This tiny update is completely unnecessary to download if you already have the version uploaded to this site and are content with it, it really only keeps you from deploying commandos and tanks while the support/armor trucks are rolling.
The other very tiny addition is that the Pioneers have been added to another building for the Panzer Elite to better ensure you can build them, but again, if you already have Ewiger Krieg and it works fine for you, then this is completely unnecessary to 'update' (the mod is still officially version 1.0).
Thank you one and all for supporting the mod and especially for the compliments, I really am glad others like the mod and I hope now that it's public that everyone can grab it up like they want and enjoy it!

As for the sound, that is an unfortunate side effect of using the -dev command, as such the cinematics, briefings, and so on will not have any voice overs.
I decided to look into the building situation, and while it was simply the default values of the game already, I figured it warranted a version of Ewiger Krieg to loosen those restraints.
There you will find both the 'minor update' and 'easy building placement' versions of Ewiger Krieg.
The 'Easy Building Placement' version will allow you to construct base buildings outside of your command territory, but I purposely left the limitation of supply territory in place. What that means is that if you run out of space, capture more territory with a big enough open space to place the building you want. You no longer have to huddle your base around your HQ so long as you control enough territory to place a building somewhere else.
