Well My favorite weapons is the Winchester(wincheater or something what it called) and the Fast shoting ak whit addons
armor seva suit because you can sprint whit

my armor and weapon of choice are the SEVA suit and FN2000

and now I'm playing through again with the FN2000 modded to use shotgun ammo, though with a lower RPM (240rounds/min)

I actually geeked out a little and graphed the stats of all the armor, and I'd have to say that the ssp-99M, or the exoskeleton PNB are the best, though the SSP-99M has much better radiation protection, which really counts in later areas. Improved night vision counts for a lot.
The only problem with the powerful weapons is a lack of ammo.

And the suit would be whatever works for the current area.

The Big Ben handgun, no favourite armor.

Mine are GP 37 and the SEVA suit.

weapons are VLA vintage rifle and the TRs 301 with grenade launcher and scope (:

No specific armor i like, but the Gauss Rifle is an all-time favourite!
