Why you created this pokemon: Because I think most people have problems against Ice type moves, and they want a pokemon that is as good as legenadry pokemon and can learn many moves, which most Ice type pokemons kinda lack.

Description: The foe is shocked by a swing of the tail at high speeds, always causing paralysis.

Why you created this pokemon:
I have a Manectric that I named Thundog, like Thunder Dog, so I decided to make it another Pokemon.


Edit: Shibby already said Growlithe, so I change answer #1 to Eevee --> Flareon.
