if u want deoxiys,u can do the other thing or if u r using a game boy advance/sp,then u can also go to mossdeep,go stright up intill u run into someone in a white suit,then press A and he'll say launch secesscuflly no. whatever.if he says no.100,he'll ask if u want 2 go to space and say yes and deoxys is there but before u say yes,u should save with lost of ultra balls,timer balls or a master ball cuz deoxeys is lv i dont know but also jarichi is up there 2 i think dont tell anyone
the real way to do it is to go to the space center on mossdeep and talk to everyone until you get to a guy that talks about succesful launch 1 leave then go back the next day and he might say succesful launch no. 2 then keep doing that until he talks about launch 10.
