you get him realy easy firist you need rayquaza then get the uneverse key use the itemfinder on that metal thing next to the old people then your rayquzaza will come out and fight dexoys click a on him and catch him
if u want deoxiys,u can do the other thing or if u r using a game boy advance/sp,then u can also go to mossdeep,go stright up intill u run into someone in a white suit,then press A and he'll say launch secesscuflly no. whatever.if he says no.100,he'll ask if u want 2 go to space and say yes and deoxys is there but before u say yes,u should save with lost of ultra balls,timer balls or a master ball cuz deoxeys is lv i dont know but also jarichi is up there 2 i think dont tell anyone

Nope, its all false. Deoxy's is on Birth Island. Not in space. You cannot go on the rocket to space to fight any pokemon, not even Jirachi.
Just ignore everything that everyone said except for Shibby and Golden1. You can only obtain access to Birth Island through an AR or a Nintendo event. There, solve the Triangle puzzle and Deoxys will appear.
No matter what you do, the spaceship in Mossdeep will never launch off. That was a complete rumor started on GameFAQs, and it is a complete lie.
You Guys are all stupid and wrong the only way to get deoxys is to go to birth Island. You need a special ticket called Aura ticket mystic ticket just in case there is a third one but I cant think of it
